SUMMER ACTIVITY DAY

We will be holding an activity day for children aged 5-11 on Tuesday 12 August from 9.15-3pm. It will cost £5 per family and will include lunch. Booking forms available from the Parish Office or by emailing office@wroughton.com. Our theme this year is Little Acts Big Changes and we will be learning about the story of Jesus feeding the 5000 and thinking about how Jesus values everything we bring no matter how small we think our contribution is. We welcome any volunteers who can help on the day and we’re looking for some resources – fish shaped cookie cutters, AstroTurf, and traditional baskets. Most of all  however we would value your prayers for the organisers and the children who will be attending. For further information please speak to Hannah Wrixon or Carolyn Kirk.

Church Cleaning

This is the time of year when I produce the rota for Church Cleaning for the year from September 2025. At the moment we have six groups so the commitment is an hour or so every six weeks. Many thanks to the members of these groups for keeping the church looking clean and welcoming.

Two of the groups have only two people and it would be wonderful if there is anyone reading this who feels able to volunteer to join one of these groups. Please contact Janet Henderson 525856 or singingjan@icloud.com if you are interested.
