Bringing Beauty to Church Life
Our Flower Guild is a friendly team of volunteers who create floral displays throughout the church year, helping to make our worship spaces welcoming, reflective, and celebratory.
From weekly arrangements to Christmas, Easter, Harvest Festival, weddings, and funerals, the Guild plays an important part in the life of the church community.

What We Do
Bringing beauty to every season and celebration
Weekly Church Flowers
Fresh floral arrangements are created each week for services and worship.
Seasonal Celebrations
We decorate the church for major festivals including:
Christmas
Easter
Harvest Festival
Patronal Festival
Special Occasions
The Guild also prepares arrangements for weddings and funerals, creating thoughtful displays for important moments in people’s lives.
A Friendly & Creative Team
The Guild currently has around 20 members working in small teams on a five-week rota.
Generous Contributions
Members give their time, creativity, and often foliage from their own gardens
Shared & Rewarding
The work is shared, rewarding, and enjoyable for all involved
Although some arrangements — especially weddings — can take many hours to prepare, the work is shared, rewarding, and enjoyable.

New Members Welcome
You don’t need to be a professional florist to get involved — just a love of flowers and a willingness to help.
Typical commitment:
3–5 hours every five weeks
Working on a friendly rota system
Whether you already enjoy flower arranging or would simply like to try something new, we’d love to welcome you.
